Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with the protective seal intact.
- Returns or exchanges are free of charge in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery errors (shipping cost borne by the company).
- If the customer requests a return or exchange without defect or error, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Return period: 60 days from the date of receipt.
Exchange period: 120 days from the date of receipt.
During promotions and discounts: Returns are allowed only within 15 days from receipt.
If the replacement product is not available in stock, the customer will be contacted and their approval taken before exchanging with another product.
2. Product Return Procedure
- If you received the product from our sales team: Please contact us directly to arrange the return.
- If you received the product via a shipping company: You can use express mail services to send it back to us.
- If purchased from a physical showroom: You must visit the same showroom to complete the process.
💳 Refund Mechanism
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the product.
If payment was made via:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- SADAD payment system
- Credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard)
The refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
3. Defective Product Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 3 working days under the following conditions:
- The product must be free of scratches or misuse.
- The defect must not be caused by inappropriate electrical voltage.
- The product must be brought in its original packaging with all accessories.
- The original invoice must be attached, preferably with the invoice number visible on the shipment to speed up the process.
Warranty Policy
- The warranty period is mentioned next to each product on the purchase invoice (Warranty section).
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does NOT cover:
- Misuse.
- Incorrect installation.
- Warranty claims require presenting the original invoice.
