🚚 Domestic Shipping

Within Riyadh: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

Outside Riyadh: Delivery within 7 to 15 business days.

Business days: Sunday to Thursday

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

🛒 Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping is handled by Aramex.

Delivery is either:

• To the customer's address directly.
• Or to the nearest shipping branch.

💳 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after payment:

• Via bank deposit before 5:00 PM.
• Or through the available online payment methods in the store.

✅ Shipment Receipt and Inspection

Please inspect the product upon receipt.

If any damage or breakage is found, please:

• Do not accept the product.
• File a complaint directly with the shipping company.
• Then contact us to resolve the issue.
